Booking payment terms
By guaranteed reservations, payment must be made no later than 3 days from the receipt of confirmation. This guarantees accommodation both the client and the hotel on the agreed terms. Hotel reservations are made on the basis of the terms and conditions determined by the hotel itself, described in detail in the "reservation" section.
1. The Invite Hotel is intended for citizens’ temporary residence for a period agreed with the administration. When the agreed period is over, a residing citizen must vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to prolong your stay (in case the room has not been booked by another person), it is necessary to inform the hotel administrator about it not later than 2 hours before the check-out time – 12:00 local time.

3. A room at the hotel is provided for citizens on presentation of a passport or military identity card. At the request of the consumer, one person can be provided with a room with two beds with full payment of the cost of the room. A room reservation is available from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day, i.e. check-out time.
4. The administration of the hotel “Inviter Hotel” has the right to conclude the reservation contract. If there are available rooms, the administration accepts booking requests from legal entities and individuals in writing. When booking, residing or checking in a guest chooses the room’s category, the right to choose a specific room belonging to this particular category remains with the administration. In case you do not arrive on time you will be charged the reservation room price but not more than for a day. If you are more than 1 day late, the reservation will be cancelled.
5. Payment for accommodation and hotel services including insurance premiums is performed at free (negotiated) prices approved by the hotel administration. A guest’s delay in a booked room after check-out time mentioned in the notification of the reservation is allowed only by an agreement with the administrator of the accommodation service.
6. At the request of the residing, the administration allows unauthorized people to stay in a room from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.; in this case you must leave an identity card with the administrator or the duty operator to get a guest card.
7. The hotel “Invite Hotel” provides the residents with the following kinds of free services: calling an ambulance; use of a medical kit; provision of sewing accessories; a set of dishes and cutlery.
8. The hotel “Invite Hotel” provides the customer with extra services for a fee at their will in accordance with the list and price record for additional services.
9. The resident must: follow the rules of the stay set by the “Invite Hotel”; keep clean; strictly follow rules of fire safety; turn off the taps, close windows, turn off the light, a TV-set when leaving the room; pay damages in case of a loss or damage to the property of the “Invite Hotel” in accordance with applicable law.
10. It is prohibited at the “Invite Hotel”: to leave unauthorized people in the room, as well as to give them room keys; to keep bulky things, flammable materials, weapons; to rearrange furniture in the room; to keep pets and birds; to smoke in the rooms and other areas of the “Invite Hotel”; to disturb the peace of the guests staying in neighboring rooms.
11. The administration is not responsible for the safety of material values if they are not deposited in the safe of the reception and accommodation service of the “Invite Hotel”. In case forgotten things are found, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration reports the find to the police or local government.
12. The guestbook of reviews and suggestions is at the receptionist of the “Invite Hotel” and is issued at the consumers’ request.
13. If the client is absent at the place of the residence (according to his check-out time), the administration of the “Invite Hotel” has the right to establish the commission and make a room property inventory. The administration takes material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents under its responsibility. Other property is to be in the service department.
14. In case of complaints from the consumer, the administration takes all possible measures to settle a conflict.
